Real Madrid have set their sights on French-Ivorian midfielder Christian Kofane, sources close to the club have revealed. The Spanish giants are reportedly preparing an initial offer in the region of £30–34 million, with a further £13 million in performance-related add-ons.

The 21-year-old has emerged as one of the most promising talents in Ligue 1 this season, catching the eye with his composure on the ball, tactical intelligence, and ability to dictate tempo from deep midfield. Scouts from Madrid have been tracking Kofane’s progress for months, and it is understood that manager Carlo Ancelotti sees him as a long-term successor in the heart of the team’s engine room.

While his current club are reluctant to part ways with the young star, the growing interest across Europe – including from Premier League sides – is putting pressure on them to consider offers.

No entiendo nada. Kofane es el jugador del Albacete? Tiene 18 años y es delantero. Según esta noticia, tiene 21 años y es mediocampista. Es más, la cláusula es de 5 millones de euros. El tema es que el Alba intentó subirla a 10 pero se ve que el representante de Kofane pedía 60.000€ y seguir con ficha del filial (el mínimo en segunda es de 100.000€). Y el Alba dijo que no. Actualmente cobra unos 1000€ al mes. Así que se va a largar sí o sí. Le quiere el Sevilla y alguno más.
